I really, really enjoyed this podcast. Mr. Jackson did a wonderful job explaining how biases influence the academic environment. I will have to purchase his book for myself and my team to read to bring more awareness and understanding for my non-white colleagues. Thank you for having him on the podcast. I am a new listener and I really enjoy them. Great content every episode.
